Cassandra Gray

Co-Founder

Cassandra’s passion for nonprofit work began through her family’s connection to the disability community, inspired by her younger sister, who was born with Down syndrome in 2001. Growing up within this community shaped her early interest in advocacy and led her to co-found Legacy Grant Solutions.

With a background in account management, Cassandra brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to her work. She excels at cultivating strong client partnerships and translating organizational vision into clear, compelling grant proposals that advance mission-driven goals.

In 2020, Cassandra began working with Dallas-based organizations seeking grant writing support and has since partnered with nonprofits across the U.S. Her experience is grounded in the disability sector, with additional work in education. Now based in the Greater Denver Area, Cassandra works remotely to support nonprofit partners nationwide.
